As a resident-owned and operated company, we proudly serve our Sunriver neighbors with reliable, professional snow care designed to keep your home accessible all winter. We clear driveways and walkways according to your service level using professional equipment and safe operating practices. Our goal is to reduce snow buildup and maintain access; however, surfaces may still be slippery or hold compact snow, and we do not apply ice melt or traction materials. Because storms vary, clearing times are service targets rather than guarantees, and enrolled customers are always served first. Please keep service areas clear of vehicles, bins, cords, and decorations, and mark driveway edges and hazards. We are not responsible for damage from hidden items or pre-existing surface conditions, or for slips and falls on your property; surface safety and any additional treatments remain your responsibility. Seasonal plans are non-refundable once service begins, and service may be paused for non-payment or unsafe conditions. By enrolling, you agree to these terms and release Sunriver Snow Service from liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
