We are focused on servicing the Sunriver community, specifically addresses within SROA, Crosswater, and Caldera Springs. If you are outside of this area, please contact us for our ability to serve your needs as a custom rate. (note: we will only support "as available" services for non SROA addresses).

Pricing is based on your service level, your driveway size, and the snow level. Service levels are: Premium, Monthly, First Available, and On Arrival. For each service (except for Premium), price is calculated based on the size of driveway and snow level at the time of clearing. Driveway size is defined as: small (<500 sq ft), medium (<1500 sq ft), large (<3000 sq ft), and XL (>3000 sq ft). Snow depth has no surcharge for less than 4", a $25 surcharge for 4"-8", a $50 charge for 8"-12", and a $75 surcharge for greater than 12". Note: XL Driveways greater than 3000 sq ft priced on a custom basis. These rates are only applicable to SROA and Caldera addresses only. Contact us with questions or confirming your driveway size. Premium service is a flat monthly fee based on driveway size, but is not impacted by snow depth surcharges.

All pricing is based on driveway size: Small, Medium, Large, and XL (custom rates). Thus, Monthly Service is $69, $99, or $129 (includes one driveway clearing per month, all other clearings are performed on a priority basis at a 15% discount on these rates) for less than 4" of snow depth. First Available Service is $59, $89, or $119, per clearing with less than 4" of snow depth, performed after premium and monthly customers. On Arrival is $119, $149, or $179 for less than 4" of depth. Premium Service is $299, $399, or $499, as a fixed monthly fee where you'll get expedited service and we clear your driveway anytime there is more than 1" of snow. Note: Monthly, First Available, and On Arrival services are subject to a per clearing snow depth surcharge, based on the depth of snow at the time of service: $25 for 4"-8", $50 for 8"-12", and $75 for 12" or more (based on actual accumulated depth or previous 24hr snowfall event). Manual snow shoveling is billed at a $100/hr rate in 15 min increments with a 15 minute minimum. If you're a Premium Service Customer, we'll monitor your driveway to keep it as clear as possible anytime we get more than 1" of snow, including expedited service when 4" or more snowfall event. If you're a Monthly Service customer, we'll be out to clear your drive as soon as possible when we get 2" or more. First Available is just that; we'll clear your driveway as soon as practical once we've cleared our Premium and Monthly Service customers. On Arrival will be completed before your arrival time, but needs to be confirmed with our team. (Note: snowfall is assessed on the SROA snow stake)

As a Premium Service customer, we'll proactively monitor your driveway to keep it clear as much as practical all season long. You don't need to worry about scheduling or paying additional clearing fees or snow depth surcharges. Your flat monthly fee (October-March subscription required) covers as many clearing visits as needed to keep your driveway clear. As a Monthly Service customer, you get priority service and discount pricing. We strive to clear all monthly customers as soon as possible, before first available requests. You'll pay a single monthly fee (Nov-Mar), with one clearing provided each month. Additional driveway clearing service fee will apply with a 15% discount. ***SPECIAL OFFER*** If you sign up for Premium or Monthly service before November 1st 2025, you get one month FREE! Additional fees may apply for non-standard driveways, so please reach out to our team to schedule service.

We provide snow removal for driveways, walkways, and parking areas as outlined in your plan. Service reduces snow/ice but does not guarantee bare pavement. Response times depend on weather and routes; no exact time is guaranteed. Customers must keep areas accessible (vehicles, bins, hazards marked). We are not liable for damage to surfaces, landscaping, or hidden items, nor for slips/falls on treated or untreated areas. Customers remain responsible for applying de-icer if needed. Payment is due per plan; seasonal contracts are non-refundable once the season begins. Service may be paused for late payment or unsafe conditions. By using our services, you agree to hold Sunriver Snow Service harmless for claims except in cases of gross negligence. Severe storms or equipment issues may cause delays. All services are provided under Oregon law.
