How do you determine pricing for your services?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on your service level, driveway size, and snow depth at the time of clearing. Driveway sizes: Small (<500 sq ft), Medium (<1500 sq ft), Large (<3000 sq ft), and XL (>3000 sq ft, custom quoted). Snow-depth surcharges apply to all services (except Premium): no surcharge under 4", +$25 for 4–8", +$50 for 8–12", and +$75 for 12"+. Premium is a flat monthly fee based on driveway size with no snow-depth surcharges. Rates apply to SROA and Caldera addresses. Contact us if you need help confirming your driveway size.

What are your prices?

Accepted Answer

Prices are based on driveway size: Small, Medium, Large, and XL (custom). Regular Service is $69, $99, or $129 per month and includes one clearing; additional clearings are 15% off. First Available is $59, $89, or $119 per clearing, performed after Premium and Regular customers. On Arrival is $119, $149, or $179 per clearing. Premium Service is a flat monthly fee—$299, $399, or $499—with expedited clearing anytime 1"+ falls. Regular, First Available, and On Arrival are subject to snow-depth surcharges: +$25 for 4–8", +$50 for 8–12", and +$75 for 12"+. Manual shoveling is $100/hr, billed in 15-minute increments. Rates apply to SROA and Caldera addresses. Contact us to confirm the best service for your home.

When will you service my address to clear snow?

Accepted Answer

Premium customers receive automatic clearing anytime 1"+ falls, with expedited service during 3"+ storms. Regular Service customers are cleared as soon as possible once snowfall reaches 2". First Available customers are serviced only after Premium and Regular routes are complete. On Arrival service is completed before your arrival time and must be confirmed with our team. (Snowfall is measured using the SROA snow stake).

Why should I become a Premium or Monthly Service customer?

Accepted Answer

Premium Service gives you complete peace of mind. We monitor your driveway all winter and clear it automatically anytime 1"+ falls, with no per-visit charges or snow-depth surcharges. Your flat monthly fee (Nov–Mar) covers unlimited clearing, so you never need to schedule or worry about storms.

Regular Service provides reliable priority clearing at a lower monthly cost. You receive one included clearing each month (Nov–Mar), and any additional clearings are discounted by 15%. Regular customers are always cleared before First Available requests. Additional fees may apply for oversized or non-standard driveways—contact us with questions.

What are your customer policies?

Please review our full Terms and Conditions at sunriversnowservice.com/terms-and-conditions. We provide snow removal for driveways, walkways, and parking areas based on the service plan you choose. Our service reduces snow and ice but does not guarantee bare pavement or exact timing, as response times depend on weather and routing. Customers must keep areas accessible and mark any hazards. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces, landscaping, or hidden items, or for slips and falls on treated or untreated areas. Customers are responsible for applying de-icer if needed. Payment follows your plan, and seasonal subscriptions are non-refundable once the season begins. Service may be paused for late payment or unsafe conditions. Severe storms or equipment issues may cause delays. Use of our service indicates agreement to these terms.
